Kilmarnock Barebow Archers WA60,50 and Metrics

Debbie travelled down to Kilmarnock Barebow Archers to take part in their WA60m round.

"WA60 in Kilmarnock today. Thankfully the rain eased off as the shoot began, the strong, gusty wind however had other ideas and made me work for every single arrow. Am sure I drew up for at least twice as many arrows as I shot 🤣 Hopes of a good score were gone after the first few ends so turned my focus to working on a few things. Today’s conclusions - my front arm is a wimp and I suck at aiming off 🤣 Still I held it together enough to take gold in the Ladies 50+ Recurve so all was not lost.

Thanks to Kilmarnock Barebow Archers helped by Prestwick St Cuthbert Archery Club for hosting their first competition and adding another venue to the Scottish archery calendar 😊🏹
